Scan or search

Works with barcode scanners that type like a keyboard, wired or Bluetooth, without clicking into the search box first. Name search ignores hamza and ta marbuta differences, and one product can carry several codes, such as a shelf number and the factory barcode. If the server can't be reached, the till says so instead of claiming the item isn't in stock.

By the box, strip or kilo

Sell a tablet, strip or ml from the same box, a weight in one tap such as half a kilo of dry food, or type the weight as the scale reads it. For bulk, type the count and scan.

Services and the pet's file

Sell services from your price list next to products, or scan a barcode you print for a frequent service. For a registered animal, medicines and vaccines go into its record with the next dose date, a lab test appears in the lab awaiting its result, and a surgery is logged in its file and the surgery log. Several pets of the same owner can share one invoice.

Warnings before a mistake

An out-of-stock item is flagged plainly after a check with the server, selling an expired item asks for confirmation, and selling an entire stock of 10 or more is confirmed by name and count.

Split payment

Split one invoice across cash, card and bank transfer. Type the amount received and the change appears. Each part of the payment prints on the invoice.

Discount and final price

Discount by percentage or amount, or type the final price yourself and the gap shows as a discount or a surcharge. Any line's price can be edited right in the cart.

Offers

A bundle offer on a category, such as “any 3 cans for one price”, applies once the set is complete in the cart. Quantity offers on products or services you choose give a discount or a set price for every N items; they show on the cart and you apply them with one tap.

A4 invoice and 80 mm receipt

Your logo on top with a faint watermark, the seller, your notes and the payment parts, and a QR code at the foot that opens your clinic's WhatsApp, or its online store when that is switched on. Reprints are numbered, and a pro-forma before the sale is an option in Settings.

Thermal printer width

Print a measuring strip once and pick the width that printed cleanly, from 58 to 80 mm, separately for each device, so lines don't wrap on the paper.

Line-by-line returns

Find the invoice by name, phone or number across the whole history, set the returned quantity per item, and choose how the money goes back: cash, card or transfer. Stock comes back, the invoice and its profit are recalculated, and the drawer is adjusted in one step.

Returns and exchanges at the till

Switch on Return mode and everything you scan goes in as a negative line. Mixed with new items it offsets them as an exchange; on its own it is recorded as a refund from the drawer, item by item, with the time.

Drawer reconcile per shift

An option you switch on in Settings; if your clinic hours have a morning and an evening shift, each shift gets its own count. It shows sales, cash in, cash expenses and what should be in the drawer, with card and transfer kept out of the drawer count. Type what you counted and the difference shows as over or short, saved with your name and the time.

A forgotten invoice, on its own day

Record a missed sale on its real day, up to 7 days back, as a manager or with the manager PIN. Its money lands in that day's reports and drawer, and the invoice is marked as recorded later.

Sells at today's price

After a price raise, every device learns of it within a minute while the screen is open, and the till checks with the server before each sale. An open cart is repriced and shown to you before you sell, and past invoices are never touched.

Wholesale tab

From Inventory, sell to bulk buyers at a price that starts from cost and that you can adjust, with a warning when an item has no purchase price. The invoice is saved as a wholesale sale.

Invoices and quick reports

Search every invoice and reprint it, and edit its payment methods or delete it if you hold the permission. The reports tab shows day, week, month and year, money actually received, top sellers and sales by staff.
