The free trial, and what happens after

  • 14 days with every feature of every plan, from the POS to the store and campaigns.
  • No card needed for the trial, and nothing is charged.
  • On day 15, if you haven't subscribed, the account pauses at the subscription screen until you pay for a plan.
  • Your data isn't deleted when the trial ends: subscribe and you carry on with it as it is.
  • No automatic renewal: you pay only for the period you choose. If a paid period ends and you don't renew, the account becomes read-only: you see your files and invoices but can't add new ones.

Run the numbers for your clinic

Every booster that misses its date is a visit that didn't happen. Enter your own numbers to see what that adds up to each month. On every plan, the system asks when the next dose is due each time you give one, and puts it on the calendar on its day.

An estimate from your own numbers, not a promise. It counts booster fees only, and that is revenue, not profit.

Questions about pricing and payment

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The trial runs for 14 days with every feature, and we don't ask for a card or any other payment method to start it.

What happens on day 15?

Nothing is charged. If you choose a plan and pay, you carry on with the same data. If you don't subscribe, the account pauses at the subscription screen until you do, and your data isn't deleted.

Should I subscribe before the trial ends?

There's no need. A paid period starts on the day you pay and ends the trial, and the remaining trial days aren't added to it. If you pick a smaller plan, the features outside it close straight away. So we suggest paying in the last days of your trial.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

No. Nothing is charged unless you pay yourself, for the period you choose: a month or a year. The days left are always shown in your account menu. If a period ends and you don't renew, the account becomes read-only: you can see your files and invoices but can't add new ones until you renew.

Does paying annually save anything?

Switch the toggle above the plans to Annual: wherever a year costs less than 12 months, the card shows how much you save. Where no saving appears, the only difference is paying once instead of every month.

Are there fees per case or per animal?

No. You pay the plan price for the month or the year, with no fee per case, per animal or per WhatsApp message. Messages go out from the WhatsApp app on your own device, not through a paid messaging service.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. When you pay for another plan you move to it right away, its period is added to what's left of your current one, and all those remaining days count on the new plan. That's why it makes sense to move to a smaller plan near the end of your period.

How do I pay if my clinic is outside Iraq?

Online payment works only from inside Iraq today, in dinar through Wayl. Payment from other countries is being prepared, and the trial is open to you now with every feature. If the trial ends before payment from your country is available, the account pauses at the subscription screen and your data isn't deleted.
