The clinic day, from front desk to final numbers

The system follows the order of your day. Pick a stage to see what happens there.

The front desk knows who is in and who is waiting

Today's board shows cases in columns, under care, boarding and done, and you move them by dragging. Bookings sit on a day timeline with a marker for the current time.

  • Quick new-case intake, kept as a draft if the page reloads
  • Confirmed, arrived, in the room, done, no-show: every booking has its status
  • Owners with an account request a slot from their phone, and the clinic confirms
  • A sound, a badge and a browser notification when a new booking request comes in

What sets doctorVet apart, in things you can check

No generic adjectives. These are things you will see for yourself during the trial.

Arabic first, in your clinic's currency

Right-to-left throughout, and search treats احمد and أحمد as one name, along with ta marbuta and alif maqsura, in either style of digits. Pick your clinic's country at sign-up to set the currency and dialling code; if your country isn't listed, choose the 'other country' option and work in US dollars. English covers most screens.

A deleted product is never gone

A deleted product goes to the trash and comes back with the same ID, and merged products can be split again from there. Retrying a sale after the connection drops never writes a second invoice. Deleting an invoice is final, which is why it is a permission that stays off unless you allow it.

Every action under a name

The activity log records who added, changed or deleted what, and when. Money and stock entries are kept for a year, everything else for 90 days, and only managers can see it.

One-tap WhatsApp, and you stay in control

The system prepares each message and your staff send it in one tap from the WhatsApp on their device. Nothing goes out unless someone presses send.

A poultry module

Farms, houses and batches, daily mortality, water and weight, feed conversion and cost per live kilo, and a farm store kept at cost. On the separate poultry farm plan.

Entries that wait for the connection

If the connection drops, new products, suppliers and sections, expenses, returns and poultry daily entries wait on the device and upload when it is back; anything that can't upload stays in a badge for the manager to review. Sales and new cases need a connection.

How to start

Four steps, with every feature open for 14 days and no card.

  1. 1

    Create the clinic account

Clinic name, country, email and a password. The country sets your currency and dialling code, and you can change the currency later in settings.

  2. 2

    Set up stock and services

Pick your suppliers from the ready catalog and your stock is built with its sections in one tap. Prices and quantities come in with your first purchase invoice, barcodes with the first scan. Then add your services and fees: exams, vaccinations, surgeries.

  3. 3

    Invite your team

Send each staff member an invitation by email or code, choose their role (manager, vet, reception or care assistant) and turn permissions on or off. Working alone? Skip this step.

  4. 4

    Register your first case

Owner, animal and case details on one screen. Past doses and vaccines go in on their real dates, so upcoming ones show on the calendar from day one.

Getting started in detail

Three clinic plans

Start with a 14-day trial that unlocks everything, then pick the plan your clinic needs. Medical records, stock and one-tap WhatsApp are on every plan; the till and reports start at Advanced. No automatic renewal: you pay only for the period you choose.

From $30 per month

Your clinic's data, and how it is protected

Everything here exists in the system today. We don't write what we can't show.

Each clinic is isolated

Each clinic's data is kept apart from every other clinic's inside the database, with access rules the server checks on every request.

Roles checked on the server

A staff member's role (manager, vet, reception and others) is checked by the server, not just on screen, and permission switches on top decide what each person sees.

A log written by the server

Every addition, change and deletion your staff make is recorded under the name of the person who made it, and the log is written by the server, not the browser.

Case images kept private

Photos, X-rays and lab files sit in private file storage and open only through short-lived links issued to people with access to the animal's file.

Questions vets ask before they start

What happens after the 14 days?

Nothing is charged. You pick a plan and a period, pay yourself, and carry on with the same data. If you don't subscribe, the account locks on the subscription screen until you do, and your data stays stored. If a paid period ends and you don't renew, the account becomes read-only. One thing to know: subscribing before the trial ends starts the paid period that day, ends the remaining trial days and moves you straight to the features of the plan you chose, so it makes sense to subscribe near the end of the trial.

Do I need a card? How do I pay?

The trial needs no card. Online payment is available today from inside Iraq, in Iraqi dinars through the Wayl gateway, and subscriptions do not renew automatically. Outside Iraq you can start the trial now, but online payment from your country is not available yet, and we'd rather you know that before you begin.

What if the internet goes down?

The app installs on your device like any app. If the connection drops, new products, suppliers and sections, expenses, returns and poultry daily entries wait on the device and upload when it is back, shown in a badge. Sales, cases, visits, vaccines and bookings need a connection, and a new-case form stays as a draft on the device until you save it. If the connection drops while you are selling, just retry: the invoice is never written twice.

Do reminders go out on their own?

No. The system builds the list of who is due and prepares each message, and your staff send them one by one, each with one tap from the WhatsApp on their device. The reminders hub and campaigns are on the Super plan; one-tap messages from reception, bookings and lab results are on every plan.

My records are on paper, in Excel or in another system. How do I move them?

Honestly: there is no import from Excel or from other systems today. What exists: a ready catalog builds your stock from market suppliers and their sections in one tap, with prices and quantities from your first purchase invoice and barcodes from the first scan. Past visits, doses and vaccines go in on their real dates, so each animal's file is complete.

Who can see my clinic's data?

Your staff, each according to their role and permissions. Your clinic's data is isolated from other clinics, and case images sit in private storage. An animal's record opens at another clinic that uses doctorVet only if it scans the animal's passport QR code or searches by the owner's email, and the owner can set it to private from their account. The doctorVet team can access your clinic's account to provide technical support.

Can I take my data out?

Partly, and we'll be clear about it. You can export your stock count, and each animal's treatments, vaccines and notes, to Excel on every plan, and reports with Excel and print from the Advanced plan. There is no single full export of clients, animals and invoices today.

My staff aren't comfortable with computers. Will they manage?

The interface is in Arabic, and search forgives different spellings of hamza and ta marbuta. A built-in help guide answers how-to questions from written articles, with steps and button names, and each answer has a button that opens the right page; when it has no answer, it says so, and you can request the feature from it. Each staff member has their own account and permissions, and you can lock the front-desk device with a manager PIN.
